What is St George Community Services Inc?We are a not for profit organisation based in Carss Park, offering a wide range of services to the frail aged, to people with a disability and their carers residing in St George and the Sutherland Shire. Our many services assist our clients to live at home independently. Our services include home maintenance and modifications, multicultural domestic assistance, a meals delivery service, bus shopping and social outings, home shopping, a stroke support group, dementia day care, social outings and social support. We also offer a volunteer recruitment and referral service and our training calendar has courses to suit just about everyone. St George Community Services information desk, located at Westfield Hurstville, is continually stocked with a wealth of printed material and has a regular JP service. We also operate the Arncliffe Community Centre. The services of St George Community Services Inc are funded by the NSW Family and Community Services, Ageing Disability and Home Care and Department of Community Services.
What area do we cover?Our services are predominately in the St George area. However our Volunteer Link, Training Link, Home Shopping and Home Modification Services are available in the Sutherland Shire area.
Where are we located?We are conveniently located at Carss Park with plenty of free parking. Turn off the Princes Highway straight onto Carwar Avenue. Follow the road to the intersection of Carlton Crescent.
